In this webinar you will learn:
Steve will explain the difference between body part “specialization” and body part “emphasis”.
This material covers how to specialize using a combination of body weight and timed static contraction (TSC) exercises. This material is unique.
What makes this particularly interesting is that most body part specialization routines require barbells, dumbbells, or machines.
Steve will offer four specific body part specialization routines that require minimal equipment, eg., doorway pull-up bar and a furniture moving strap.
The beauty of this system is that you can get very effect —potentially superior—even when traveling or on vacation.
Steve will demonstrate four routines:
1. Arms
2. Neck & shoulders
3. Chest
4. Legs
Steve will describe, in detail, when to employ such routines, for how long, and the exact order of exercises.
These are routines I’ve successfully used for many years. As always, there will be time near the end to ask questions about this topic, and receive my answer on-the-spot.
